What is GIVA's Lifetime Plating Service?

We have launched Lifetime Plating Service to keep you covered even once the warranty period is over. Through this service, you can get your GIVA jewellery replated in those rare cases where you face a plating or tarnishing issue. This service can be claimed from the GIVA app and Our Exclusive Brand Outlets, after 180 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that this service is not applicable to Gold, Silver jewelries with Diamonds, Black Rhodium, Demifine jewelries, Rakhi's, God idols and utensils.
