Are there any terms and conditions associated with Lifetime Plating Service?

- We replate all GIVA jewellery except the ones with diamonds, pearls, black beads, and oxidised or multi-coloured products.

- This service is only limited to undamaged GIVA Jewellery and can be availed post 6 months from the date of delivery of the original product. If the product does not qualify for replating, unfortunately, we will have to send it back to you

- We will not be able to entertain any requests for a change in the colour of plating

- This service is free if you drop your product at an exclusive GIVA store. If you want doorstep pickup and drop, then you will be charged Rs. 199 for the same

- The complete process takes around 3 weeks from raising the claim to delivery of replated product
