What payment methods are accepted at GIVA? What should I do if the payment is deducted but I haven't received the order confirmation? Do you offer an EMI option for payments? Do I need to pay any extra charges on top of what is shown on the website? What is the COD limit?

What is the COD limit?

You can choose a COD option on orders up to Rs. 15000. If your order amount is above this, please use a digital method of payment.
