15-day Return—We offer a 15-day return on Gold items against a full refund. Please note that the 15 days return policy is not applicable for custom made or MTO orders.

1-Year Warranty – We offer a warrnaty against any manufacturing defects. Physical damage caused due to mishandling is not covered in a 1-Year warranty.

Lifetime Exchange – Beyond 15 days, if you want to exchange the product, we will give value based on the calculation mentioned below for each returned product, which will be added to the GIVA Wallet.
