What is GIVA's Warranty Policy? When and how can I claim a Warranty? I am trying to claim a warranty, but I am unable to. What should I do now? Is the Warranty applicable across all GIVA Products?

The 6-month warranty is applicable to our entire jewellery range. The warranty is not applicable on Candles, Rakhis, Coins and Perfumes
